  1. Very pretty. Hey … is this a new theme? Perhaps I’m days, weeks, months late on observing this … forgive me if I’ve been unconscious. Looks good. D PS: -7F here this morning … how are you doing?

    • Yes, that was a new a theme (and very recent, so you didn’t miss a thing! good eye!) and another new theme today. I’m experimenting a bit. I’ll settle down soon. 🙂 It’s 5F here now, and will warm a bit. I think the high is 25 today, which will feel positively balmy! 🙂

  3. Following your photos some years, I found that there is the tendencies. = When you
express (or seeing) unruly chaos, you use twisted entangled things = You see the dark pathos and the power.
    ( ——- I use wind-brown grass kind. = I see the air. 😀 )

    • Interesting observation, Yoshi-sensei. Thank you. Somehow in such images, I do see what you’ve pointed out, but there is also something very calming to me about them.

  8. What a fascinating (non) repetition which, if it was music, would be trance-like. Beautiful.

    • A wonderful comment, thank you, Richard. I really appreciate what you’ve said. You’ve captured in words here the visual effect of this kind of image for me.

  10. Wow. I wonder what the effect would be, from a distance, if this were six-feet tall? This is beautiful editing, Lemony. I like it very much! 🙂

    • Oh, I meant to reply to this one earlier! That would be fun to see this one in a large format like that! I enjoyed editing this one. I’m very glad you like it. I worried this one might not pass the “light” test. 😉

    January 8, 2014 at 11:14 pm

    • Yes, I like snow-covered branches, too, and these have the added layer of ice just beneath the snow, too, which adds to the drama. Thanks, Scott!
