    • Thank you so much! I’m really glad you like them. I’m usually featuring the same spider over these last couple of months (she’s been my collaborator in a way in a number of photographs). I am so anxious to see if she has survived this terrible storm.

  3. Her web might have been destroyed by the storm, but I’d bet that she is just fine.

    • I really hope so. Thank you for these encouraging words. I can’t wait to check later!

Is she OK? Is the web still there?

  5. The title seems so perfect matching with the photography. and it makes me feel sympathy with the spider. Every point following dream looks like holding something very vulnerable just wishing not to be fallen. (No matter how it,for now, seems, I believe it would be real one day even without being noticed by myself. =D )
I hope she successfully survived from the storm!

  6. SSS is looking fine. I love spiders, we have a lot of them in our house. I watched one the other day wrap 2 bluebottle flies up in a tight cocoon, they were twice the size of the spider, then drag them to a corner and suck them dry. Impressive.

    • SSS made it through. I’m so happy to meet another arachnophile. What a great story about the bluebottle flies (well, not so great for them, but great to observe). Thanks for sharing! 🙂

  7. Sounds like she’ll be in the company of a lot of other rebuilders. Hope she made it through!
