Many years ago, I was in Bouchard Gardens, Victoria, BC. Photographing one particular grouping of flowers. I’m a little frightened of bees but, until my wife yelled out ‘there are hundreds of bees right next to you’, I was so absorbed I hadn’t even noticed. We were all a little drunk, the
bees and I, by the beauty of the day!!
