  6. Beautiful! Is this a macro-lens shot with a camera, or an image taken by a microscope?

    • Hi Linda. Believe it or not, I took this with my iPhone!! And then processed the image using the app iColorama (also on my phone), which when combining a few of the settings (one of which is called Edges) that allowed me to bring out the geometric patterns within the image. I play around with Edges a lot, and end up with some pretty cool images.

  7. That’s startlingly geometric.

    • Yes, I am drawn to the geometries I find in nature. Fortunately, they are plentiful!

    • I’m so glad you think so, Scott. This is the kind of image that sort of revealed itself to me as I went. I am fascinated by it, too! 😊

    • Thank you so much, Steve. I really enjoyed what was a process of “discovering” this image through processing. It was an iPhone picture process on my iPhone, using the app iColorama. There is one feature I like to play around with called Edges that allowed me to pull out the geometric structures within the dandelion.

      • Thanks for mentioning the app, Lemony. I may purchase and give it a try.
