  3. Very nice. I wish I were more familiar with and versed in the works of the great painters, for then I would be able to tell you whose this recreates. The grace and delicacy of one subject mirrors that of the other.

    • Oh, I’m wondering now what it makes you think of! The only one that comes to mind is Waterhouse’s Soul of the Rose ?? because of the subject and suggestion of similar posture. But this image was captured by chance, a lucky click at just the right moment–not an intentional recreation. 🙂
