Wow! Beautiful, strong lines and soft foliage. The shapes are almost unreal. This one delights me. It feeds my instinctive attraction to etchings and engravings. For some reason. It’s a timeless image.

My first impression of the dark and twisted limbs was that they looked like a network of veins, arteries, and capillaries! Really … this is what an x-ray angiogram of coronary circulation looks like … or, at least it looks very much like this! Cool. D

It is a beautiful photograph. Makes me think of an old priestess, of life, deaths and spells mixed together… It’s aery and powerful, looks almost mystical… I love it! Maybe I am being obsessed because I spent tons of hours reading and studying it, but it kind of made me think of some of the feelings I had when reading Trilogy, by H.D.
Hope you’re doing ok, Im thinking of you very often, I miss our time in class together…
