Another nice shot … your Peonies seem to be maybe a week ahead of ours which are still in bud. The are so delicate and very pretty. Thanks for posting. D

Peonies are my new favorite flower…..I love roses for their scent but peonies are just so darn gorgeous!

if you float one of those in a bowl of water in which you’ve put a few drops of food coloring the blossom will take up the colored water and color the veins in the petal. Red or blue work well. Kids get a kick out of it.
