My, what big eyes you have–all the better to imagine you with (if that’s really you)! Have you been inspired by Adrian’s recent selfies? I have a couple that I’ve been meaning to post as well, and you may have just pushed me over the edge.

This doesn’t really seem like a boo picture to me… very delicate and attractive. A pleasure to see your face.

Funny title. Chuckle… The Ghost of Lemony. Those hypnotic eyes… The transience of life. The ephemeral existence. Humanity passing through Stardust. Really lovely, Lemony.

I’m going to have to agree with ShimonZ in that this does not come across as a ‘Boo’ image. Increased highlights and whites, and decreased blacks and shadows … combined with decreased contrast and clarity and saturation, and maybe a tweek on white balance (how much of this have I gotten correct I wonder) focuses my attention on the eyes and eyebrows. A relaxed and intense personality … if that is possible. It would be interesting to figuratively partition, as slices, the face into physical (physiological) state … mental state … and psychological state of well being. If one could do this I would say that this image represented your mental state at the time the image was recorded. Relaxed but, at the same time, thinking on a number of levels about a variety of things. Thinking, thinking … calculating … cogitating … distilling … summarizing. Nice … and (obviously) thought provoking image. D
