We sure do. Each spring Joanna looks forward to their beautiful blooms. Almost every year however they run the risk of late-season freeze … and that’s indeed what struck them over the weekend. The height of the bloom was upon us and our temperatures dropped to 26 overnight on Saturday. The petals were brown on Sunday and were falling today. It makes Joanna sad. But I tell her that there’s always next year. I’m glad yours were able to display to you their fullness. You must be that much warmer ‘down there.’ D

Yes, it’s incredible the number of flowers. It was happy, but then it lost its blossoms so quickly. They’ve already abandoned the branches!!
