Rejects, batch #1
Okay, gang, I’m nearing the end of my ice series. I have a large number of images left that I’d still like to share with you, but which I’ll group together in sets this week, in somewhat of a haphazard fashion to speed things along, starting tonight. In some ways, these photographs, for one reason or another, didn’t make my final cut when I was sorting through things and trying to decide what to post. So, for that reason, they’ve been booted to my own personal “Salon des refusés.” But that doesn’t mean I deemed these images unworthy of contribution; it just means they didn’t fit whatever my purpose was whenever I posted.
So here, for what it’s worth, is batch #1, of the “refusés”:

I love all of these, Ms. Lemony! Such crisp shots, luscious colors & beautiful compositions. Looking forward to seeing what else you have.

Strangely, as abstract image, I like all of them.
Quite striking !
May be toward the photography, I have much more
tolerable eyes, unlike toward the folding bags 🙂

Wow…for rejects these are fabulous. I especially love the white bubbles in the first and fourth pictures. Sublime…and filling me with ice envy 🙂 We have had snow and frost, but no proper ice since December!!

I still find it so intriguing that the water was so clear to allow such magnificent images…and I love #6…it looks like the Big Bang…and so beautiful! Well done, Melanie. 🙂

Thank you, Scott. It’s lucky that the water in places is as clear as it is. I’m glad you’re enjoying it!
