So very intriguing. I see clouds, a moonscape, sky, an iris, an abstract . . . so much to see and such vibrant colors!

I love your response to this, Carissa. It is so helpful to know what others see in an abstract shot. Thank you for your feedback!

Not actually sure what I’m looking at, but it makes for a fascinating abstract. Good stuff.

Thank you, Stevie. I appreciate the feedback. It’s actually just a very old cast iron tea pot (very closely cropped, so that you see the body of the pot, and just part of the handle) sitting on a table outside. There is rain water in the bottom of it, and you can see the clouds in the sky reflecting in the bottom of it.

The tones and the feel of metal and water keeps me staring at this over and over.

I’m so glad you like this one. It was an experiment, and the light and reflections were working in just the right way to create the tones you mention. Thank you very much for your comment.
