Quite a departure for the soft delicate hues of the rose. Each flower is lovely in its own unique way.

Yes, this Clematis is really interesting, and I have another incredible looking purple clematis–very, very different from anything I’ve ever seen–that I hope to post soon. I just haven’t been happy with the photographs (yet). Stay tuned.
